Thanks to its experience in the industry, Overmat has been building automated screed production systems on trucks for years.

The screed trolley, both traditional and self-levelling,
from Overmat has developed into a real modern construction site
that allows the operator to work in any situation
and situations while saving time and improving quality.

The systems developed by Overmat are fully automatic and allow: Dosing, mixing, pumping of the screed (sand-cement and self-levelling) and the base layers (lightened or cement) directly on site. All directly on a truck or trailer.

This innovative system has the great advantage that the work can be done on site in half the time compared to traditional work.

One of the latest machines manufactured by Overmat is the automated system for mixing and pumping flowing screeds and self-levelling screeds on site.

Why is an automated screed truck an advantage for the installer?

The materials and raw materials needed for the construction site are stored directly in the system. Dosing and mixing are fully automated and the operator selects the recipe via the control panel.

Each plant is equipped with a GPS-GPRS system that allows geolocation and real-time display of the plant status.

What are the advantages?

– Speed of implementation

– Time savings

– Economic savings

– Increased productivity

The automated Overmat construction site

When the truck arrives, the materials are already loaded and ready for use.

The operator starts the work cycle from the control panel. Using the remote control, he starts and stops the machine or changes the quantities.

The drum is lowered and the pipe is rolled out to the working area.

The mixture that comes out is always homogeneous and there is no waste.

The sand is transported by a conveyor belt and the cement is taken out by a worm pump; it is then weighed on load cells, while flow meters correctly dose the quantities of water and additives.

Everything is mixed automatically and then pumped to the laying surface.

At the end of the job, a production log can be printed out (via a printer integrated in the control panel) showing the quantities actually used.
