Overmat’s fully automated systems revolutionise screed production. Thanks to the latest technologies, all steps – from mixing and pumping to precise dosing – are fully automated and each step is monitored and controlled by precise software solutions. Production parameters can be easily set and automatically adjusted to requirements via an intuitive control panel. As the pumping process is continuous and automatic, you do not need to be on board the machine as the entire work cycle is controlled from the ground by radio.
Automation also reduces waste: the material is perfectly dosed and what is not used remains in the machine and can be reused on the next construction site.

2. Speed and efficiency

The complete automation of the mixing process leads to a significant reduction in working times on construction sites. The machines in the ALS and A/EPS series in particular have an integrated secondary mixer, whereby the pump container also functions as a mixer. This reduces mixing times, minimises work cycles and increases production.

3. Manoeuvrability and compactness

With their lifting drums (T series), pump mixers (A and ALS series), drop-down sides for sand silos (ALS series) and with an extremely low centre of gravity, Overmat’s solutions are not only technically advanced, but also extremely compact and space-saving. This well thought-out design enables efficient use on construction sites with limited space without compromising on performance. The machines are easy to move while maximising efficiency and productivity in any working environment. Although the machines have smaller overall dimensions, they offer greater capacity than other vehicles of the same size.

In particular, the Overmat T series is the ideal choice for the production of traditional sand and cement screeds, as well as premixed dry screeds and heated screeds. The Overmat ALS series, on the other hand, is designed for the production of anhydrite or cement-based flow screeds.

For the production of subfloors, Overmat has developed the A series (for lightweight foam or polystyrene-based subfloors and premixed flow screeds) and the EPS series (for lightweight subfloors with polystyrene on board). The Twin series, on the other hand, is the only plant that can produce both flow screeds and traditional screeds.
