Precision mixing and pumping for self-levelling screeds

This screed machine it is the most compact in this category, thanks to the flat-bottomed sand hopper that unloads onto the conveyor belt. It has an extremely low centre of gravity thanks to the lift-up pumping tank, which remains protected during travel.
The system is fixed in a horizontal position and is highly versatile, creating whatever mix the customer requires.
All dosages are computer-controlled, from inert products with different grain sizes, to binders, additives (liquid, gel or powder) and any fibres that need to be added.
By taking readings from the sand humidity probe, the computer can automatically adjust the amount of water for each load. Production with this self-levelling screed machine is always consistent, with no irregularities, and workability is second to none. All parameters can be set easily and intuitively on site, from the recipe loading sequence to the mixing times.

DOUBLE BINDER SILO VERSION
This tailored version of the machine, with the binder compartment divided into two parts (cement and filler), produces cement-based self-levelling screed with extreme precision, resulting in a considerable reduction in the cost of the mix.
Self-levelling screed is used before laying the flooring. Thanks to this type of screed, the floor is more precise, more even and free of unevenness. In short, it is the perfect base for tiles or parquet.
Cement screed has a thermal conductivity value of 1.4 W/mK. This value can be considered reliable due to the continuity of the material, resulting from the complete filling of gaps and the absence of micro-cracks.
Self-levelling anhydrite-based screed is made from anhydrite. This is a mineral consisting of anhydrous calcium sulphate and aggregates. These components are combined with additives to ensure the product’s flowability when laid on site.
Compared to cement binder, the anhydrite base allows for better mechanical strength, a reduced thickness, and no joints.
